I don’t eat in any exotic locales. I don’t go to 5 star restaurants. I don’t go to many restaurants in general. I do seek out amazing tacos, often in hole in the wall stores or food trucks. I eat from a wide variety of food trucks thanks to Tarboro Brewing Company here in Tarboro, North Carolina.
I don’t have anything particularly interesting to say and I don’t use flowery language. I have been urged by a few to start blogging about food. I do love food. A lot. I say this as I suffer through a sun dried tomato basil wrap (part of a healthier eating push) and enjoy a nice cold Cherry Pepsi (my one and only allowed for the day, as part of the aforementioned healthier eating push).
This blog will most likely go silent after a few posts. But I will try to inform and amuse y’all with my musings on food until such time.
